GSBS is currently working on two hotel projects for private developers. Both projects are Hilton Garden Inns, one in Layton and one in St. George, Utah.

The Layton hospitality facility is part of the larger Davis Conference Center project. The hotel includes 150 rooms and is 82,000 s.f. Features include an indoor pool, full service bar, kitchen and banquet facilities, a restaurant, and guest laundry. The scope of work for this project includes conceptual design, landscape architecture, site development, and coordination of interior design finishes.

In St. George GSBS is completing a similar project at the south end of town. This 97,000 s.f. facility includes conference and meeting halls in addition to the 150 guest rooms. Features include an outdoor pool, full service bar, kitchen and banquet facilities, a restaurant, and guest laundry. The scope of work for this project includes conceptual design, landscape architecture, site development, and coordination of interior design finishes.
