This 86-room hotel was built for the Barton Creek Partners. A design-build project, GSBS was hired by Sahara Construction, who was also part of the developer partnership. The four story hotel opened in 1999 and boasts 86 rooms (very similar to the VQ project) and standard amenities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, exercise room and conference rooms. The rooms are arranged along a double loaded corridor. Rooms include singles, doubles, ADA accessible rooms and family suites. All common spaces are located on the ground floor. Two elevators serve each floor. The site is completely landscaped. Landscaping includes trees, shrubs and turf and materials were selected to grow in the arid climate of Utah. Parking is adjacent to the hotel.

The exterior materials include split-faced concrete masonry units and EIFS. The EIFS includes articulation for window trim and aesthetic treatment. The roof is a standing-seam pre-finished metal system.
